Founders

Md. Shahin Alam (Co-Founder)

Spent the last 20 years in the telecommunications and information technology industries, where he gained substantial customer service and contact center support experience. He has a wealth of expertise and a thorough grasp of customer service and contact center practices. In a short amount of time, he supervised a huge staff of individuals. On both sides, he has functioned as a link between business and technology. As a result, integrating knowledge of business operations with technology is critical. He has over 22 years of experience leading customer service operations, process improvement teams, complaint management teams, retail channel sales commissions, application support, and IT system and tool support (CRM, ERP, Paperless office tool, Trouble ticketing, Insight Management team, Dashboard deployment.)

Previously served as chair of a number of organizations, including the British Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Global Visa Cloud LTD, Global Property Hub LTD, and East London Express UK LTD (BBCCI). He is the go-to solution provider on the go because of his corporate client service and administrative experience, exceptional versatility and adaptability, dedication and drive as a hard worker, excellent communication and team-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

S. M. Monjurul Islam (Co-Founder)

He has worked in the telecommunications and information technology industries for 18 years, gaining extensive customer service and call center support expertise. He has extensive experience and an excellent understanding of customer service and contact center processes. He has managed a large team of 500+ people in a short period of time. He has served as a liaison between business and technology on both sides. As a result, combining the understanding of business processes and technology is essential. He has led customer service operations, process improvement teams, complaint management teams, retail channel sales commissions, application support, and IT system and tool support (CRM, ERP, Paperless office tool, Trouble ticketing, Insight Management team, Dashboard deployment.) He is self-motivated and self-assured enough to handle high-volume mass customer service operations and customer-focused business growth. Natural talent for teamwork, coaching, and mentoring for individuals and organizational growth.

High-level accomplishments in the MNC Telecom, Technology/IT, and Device sectors, as well as showing leadership skills and subject matter experience in service, operation, system development, strategy, and policy. A strong desire to enhance company processes through trend analysis, sales/service monitoring, dashboard reporting, automation, and new integration.
